Diplo had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Diplo’s debut, ‘M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1′, does not fit easily into one genre. It has been nine years Diplo’ last studio CD, “M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1″ which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1.
Galang Featuring Lil Vicious very upbeat. LL Cool J/Cavemen - Two Bit Rhythm (M.I.A. Mix) sets the tone for the entire album. If you are a Diplo fan, you will love Fire Bam (Diplo Mix). Only one song from M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1 named Fire Fire really got me. M.I.A./Missy - One For The Head Skit is the albums biggest surprise. Amazon (Diplo Mix) is probably the highlight of the album. The Clipse - Definition Of A Roller - A classic Diplo track. M.I.A./Cutty Ranks is a strong cut, one of many. MIA - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. You’re Good (Diplo Mix) is just simply stunning. Pop is a great opener for M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1. Sunshowers (Diplo Mix) make listening to Diplo like being in some sort of time warp. Baile Funk One is one of the best records ever. Bucky Done Gun - A catchy, upbeat tune. Baile Funk Two is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. In China Girl (Diplo Mix) Diplo is at his best. Baile Funk Three had me crying as I was able to relate so well. After few listenings I started to like Lady Killer (Diplo Mix) more and more. Uraqt (Diplo Mix) is the more seemingly obscure song on M.I.A. - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume 1 that bear up best to repeated listening. Bingo (Diplo Mix) is a exquisite song and it grows on you.
