For older fans Le Gagnant will put a massive smile accross your face. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Didier Marouani on ‘Crazy Machines’. This is the first studio album from Didier Marouani since bad diagnosis in 1979. This is what good Electronic should be.
Lover’s Song had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Anywhere gives taste of what makes Didier Marouani special as a musician. Song Three Years Ago is actually a funny song. The Winner is the funkiest number on the album. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. I Wanna Try You is Didier Marouani’s best work in years.
