When you buy a Barbra Streisand album, you know exactly what you’re getting! ‘Rare Tracks - Demos’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This album has some very good songs like At The Codfish Ball - Demo and Funky Type Thang (Incomplete Demo). This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
I like to sing along with Funky Type Thang (Incomplete Demo), though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Music in How Do You Keep The Music Playing (Demo) is amazing as in all tracks of Rare Tracks - Demos. Blew our minds when we first heard Lover, Come Back To Me (Demo). One listen to the sheer beauty of Several Sins A Day (Incomplete Demo) was all I needed. The Way We Weren’t (Full Demo Version) is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. When The Lovin’ Goes Out Of The Lovin’ (Demo) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Musically You Light Up My Life (Demo) is superior to other tracks in Rare Tracks - Demos.
