For older fans Tinsel Town Rebellion will put a massive smile accross your face. Frank Zappa had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. There is no doubt that Frank Zappa has talent. This is one of Frank Zappa best albums
I like to sing along with Easy Meat, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. For the Young Sophisticate is the albums biggest surprise. Love of My Life (2:15) - awsome. I Ain’t Got No Heart - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. I now have Now You See It- Now You Don’t as one of my personal favorites. I listened to the opening track Dance Contest and liked it a lot. Blue Light is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. After few listenings I started to like Tinsel Town Rebellion more and more. Pick Me, I’m Clean - This one is lively and fun. Bamboozled by Love very upbeat. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Peaches III one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard.

The Eurovision Song Contest 1991, Rome (Italy) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. eleven years ago, Pop - Various Artists briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Amina - C est Le dernier qui a parle qui a raison - France”. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Pop - Various Artists on ‘Carola - Fangad av en stormvind - Sweden’. The Eurovision Song Contest 1991, Rome (Italy) is the best essence of Pop - Various Artists.
I came to like Amina - C est Le dernier qui a parle qui a raison - France. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Sergio Dalma - Bailar pegados - Spain is simply cool. Opening track Sandra Simo - Canzone per te - Switzerland shows the best of Pop - Various Artists. Georgina & Paul Giordimaina - Could it be - Malta is one of my favorite songs by Pop - Various Artists. Peppino Di Capri - Comme e ddoce o mare - Italy is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Dulce Pontes - Lusitana Paixao - Portugal is another favourite of mine. Elena Patroklou - S.O.S. - Cyprus gives taste of what makes Pop - Various Artists special as a musician. Samantha Janus - Message To Your Heart - UK defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Kim Jackson - Could it be that I m in love - Ireland is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Charming song, great melody. Sofia Vossou - Anixi - Greece is astounding. Pop - Various Artists sings Sarah Bray - Un baiser vole - Luxembourg in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Stefan and Eyfi - Nina - Iceland - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Clouseau - Geef Het Op - Belgium was the first single release from the album The Eurovision Song Contest 1991, Rome (Italy). Just 4 Fun - Mrs. Thompson - Norway is the first taste of the new album. Once you hear Atlantis 2000 - Dieser Traum darf niemals sterben - Germany, you will listen to it over and over. Anders Frandsen - Lige Der Hvor Hjertet Slar - Denmark is Pop - Various Artists’s best work in years. Kaija K Ile Kallio - Hullu yo - Finland has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Baby Doll - Brazil - Yugoslavia is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Music of Thomas Forstner - Venedig Im Regen - Austria is gentle, never overbearing.

Since Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ last CD (Rabalderstr de Forever) on Virgin Records back in 1991, I have felt a massive void in my life. While no new Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1991 tour in Africa. For older fans Rabalderstr de Forever will put a massive smile accross your face. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Pa Banen (Derudaf) had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Det Var Inga Katinka Og Smukke Charlie Pa Sin Harley - Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ first major hit. Se Din By Fra Tarnets Top - This is a very lively song. I love the melodic melody of Kap Farvel Til Umanarssuaq and to this day it makes me feel good. Once Rabalderstr de gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Kvinde Min - Okay, I just talked about depth. Pilli Villi makes a person feel cool. There is exquisite mix of music in Stakkels Jim. Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ breathes new life into the music in L nges Hjem. Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Kloden Drejer Stille Rundt has a fun tempo. Pas Pa Svinget I Solrod is another strong production from Kim Larsen and Gasolin’. U lu la lu is almost impossible to review. Musically Masser Av Succes is superior to other tracks in Rabalderstr de Forever. Get On The Train - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. A unique and uplifting song. Hva gor vi nu lille du is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Jumbo Nummer Nul is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Voice of Kim Larsen and Gasolin’ in Det Bedste Til Mig Og Mine Venner is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. The song feels complete.

John Digester has compared writing for Pink Cream ’69’s new album to that on ‘Sonic Dynamite’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This is one of the best Cd’s Pink Cream ‘69 has dropped to date. There is no doubt that Pink Cream ‘69 has talent. I Love Sonic Dynamite from start to finish!
Seas Of Madness - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Sonic Dynamite (3:08) a good melody. A fantastic track full of wonder. The song feels complete. Waiting For The Dawn has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Pink Cream ’69’s strong vocals come to the fore. Let The Thunder Reside defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Pink Cream ‘69 has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. I now have Face Of An Angel as one of my personal favorites. Listening to Shattered Prophecy you can hear that Pink Cream ‘69 has still amazing chemistry with band members. Spread Your Wings - I just love it.

‘Doorway to The Pleiades’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. After seeing Ascension - The Time is Now, I had to have a good Michael Hammer cd. Now signed to Michael Hammer’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Doorway to The Pleiades” leads Michael Hammer’s back-to-school campaign. Doorway to The Pleiades is the best essence of Michael Hammer.
Restoration Of The Template Of Humanity is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Doorway To The Pleiades - Check out that bassline! Ancient Of Days as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right.

While no new Priscilla album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2004 tour in Africa. On Priscilla album, Priscilla have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Priscilla carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. If you love Priscilla as much as I do, then Priscilla Priscilla is the CD for you!
Coccinelle presents the cool mix of instruments on Priscilla. Tchouk Tchouk Music rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Petit Navire, which shows, blatantly, how much Priscilla has evolved as a singer. Regarde-Moi is probably the most interesting track on Priscilla. A Quelle Heure? (4:15) - awsome. Priscilla breathes new life into the music in Prissou. I was truly moved when I heard Isadora. Non-Stop the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Musically Lettre is superior to other tracks in Priscilla. En Cadeau - Message Pour Rndeur Tphonique is a astounding sing-along. En Cadeau - Message Pour Rndeur Tphonique is absolutely incredible.

There is no doubt that J. J. Cale has talent. After seeing Crying, I had to have a good J. J. Cale cd. Okie is an amazing album, racked with beauty.J. J. Cale “Okie” is an amazing album.
I’ll Be There (If You Ever Want Me) presents the cool mix of instruments on Okie. Starbound one of the best in my collection. Rock and Roll Records - Check out that bassline! The Old Man and Me - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. In Everlovin’ Woman J. J. Cale is at his best. J. J. Cale is hitting on all cylinders in Cajun Moon. I’d Like To Love You Baby is the most memorable and gorgeous. Put Anyway The Wind Blows into car stereo for your highway driving Precious Memories catches attention immediately, When listening to Okie, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. I can’t stop playing I Got The Same Old Blues.

Lead single “Guardian Angel” and “Magnetic” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This is the first studio album from Juno Reactor since bad diagnosis in 1996. I am not a real Dance music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Beyond the Infinite’ really is amazing. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Juno Reactor offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Ice Cube gives good insight into the truths. The sound in Feel the Universe is really warm and Juno Reactor’s signature voice is still very much present. This is one hell of a track. Samurai is a fine track on any terms. Silver is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Rotorblade catches attention immediately, This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.

Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Rock & Roll - Various Artists on ‘Shout! Shout! (Knock Yourself Out) [Knock Yourself Out] (Ernie Maresca)’. On the Ireland charts, superstar Rock & Roll - Various Artists’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This is one of the best Cd’s Rock & Roll - Various Artists has dropped to date. Shout! Shout! (Knock Yourself Out) [Knock Yourself Out] (Ernie Maresca) and Whispering Bells (The Del-Vikings) is really good.
The first time I listened to Whispering Bells (The Del-Vikings) I was struck by its perfect sound. I love the melodic melody of We Belong Together (Johnny Mitchell/Robert Carr) and to this day it makes me feel good. Sorry [I Ran All the Way Home] (The Impalas) the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. I was truly moved when I heard Way Down Yonder in New Orleans (Freddy Cannon). So Fine (The Fiestas) is exquisite song though, very addictive. Bongo Stomp (Little Joey/The Flips) makes a person feel amazing. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Tragedy (DeLons/Thomas Wayne) - another great track from the The Golden Age of American Rock ‘n’ Roll, Vol. 8 album. I believe Here I Stand (The Newcomers/Wade Flemons) is one of the most gorgeous, heartfelt songs ever written. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. This song stands out greatly from the others. One Summer Night (The Danleers) is outstanding work of Rock & Roll - Various Artists. Lotta Lovin’ (Gene Vincent/His Blue Caps) - Rock & Roll - Various Artists first major hit. Ballad of a Girl and Boy (The Graduates) is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after The Golden Age of American Rock ‘n’ Roll, Vol. 8 have ended. Bullwhip Rock (Cyclones) - A catchy, upbeat tune. Mojo Workout [Dance] (Larry Bright) is probably the highlight of the album. Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart (The Furys) is the albums biggest surprise. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. A fantastic track full of wonder. The Fool (Sanford Clark) is probably the most interesting track on The Golden Age of American Rock ‘n’ Roll, Vol. 8. Speedoo (The Cadillacs) rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Rock & Roll - Various Artists is one of artists that allow his songs like My Wife Can’t Cook (Lonnie Russ) to stand on their own and be heard. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Running Bear (Johnny Preston) because the melody in the chorus is so good. After few listenings I started to like The Mountain’s High (Dick & Dee Dee) more and more. A Thousand Miles Away (The Heartbeats) is absolutely incredible. Hey Girl, Hey Boy (Jeanette Baker/Oscar McLollie & His Honey Jumpers) (2:45) - awsome. Such hits like Been So Long (The Pastels) will leave you hooked. Music in I Don’t Love You No More [I Don’t Care About You] (Jimmy Norman) is excellent as in all tracks of The Golden Age of American Rock ‘n’ Roll, Vol. 8. Strong, powerful vocals of Rock & Roll - Various Artists in Hot Rod Lincoln (Johnny Bond) are very impressive.

This is one of the best Cd’s John Sykes has dropped to date. I am not a real Rock: Hard-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Out Of My Tree’ really is amazing. While no new John Sykes album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in Australia. Such great and happy songs.
I Don’t Wanna Live My Life Like You is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. She’s All Action - I like this one. Standing At The Crossroads one is one of the better boring ones. I Don’t Believe In Anything - To me, this is the best song on the Out Of My Tree. Put Black Days into car stereo for your highway driving Jesus & Mary is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Music in Do Or Die is amazing as in all tracks of Out Of My Tree. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. You can find feelings on this piece of art.
